The kids are counting down the days until we leave next Monday for a week in Orlando. I am working the Nazerne General Assembly while Chrissie and the kids enjoy a short vacation. We are taking one day to hit Disney and hitting the beach on our way down for a couple of hours.

WOW!! What a great start to Putting It On The Line today! Worship was great, the videos flowed and the message hit home with everyone! The stage looked great, the lobby & cafe set the atmosphere for us as we came in.
As of right now I am toast. Going to lunch with some friends who we haven’t seen in a couple of weeks then to the pool to crash. Pics later tonight or tomorow.

So we broke down and joined the HOA for our neighborhood. We are part of another one around the corner from us and they have a pool, playground and tennis courts. Best $$ we have spent since moving here!! We will get our money’s worth @ the pool this summer!!

I will be in LA @ the Four Square Annual Conference today through Thursday night @ the Media Shout booth. Gonna try and slip into a break out on New Media being led by Cynthia Ware. Wednesday was the last day of school for the kids. Alex is now a 3rd grader. He was so excited that he passed 2nd grade that he couldn’t wait to get home and call me. Britney is now a 10th grader and had a great 2nd semester and turned things around bug time from the first semester. Last night we headed up to Mill Creek to catch the graduation and it was a great night. The rain held off for the whole graduation. It got me thinking that 3 years we will be sitting here watching our baby walk across the stage a girl and down the ramp a young lady. Wow how time flies!!

Why are these words so hard to say at certain times. We say them every day. When we talk on the phone, when we visit with friends, when we drop the kids off @ school. Yet there are certain times when saying those words really suck. This week is one of those times. We are saying goodbye to some incredible people this coming Sunday and that will be incredibly hard.

As most of you know I have been out of work since November of last year. I have been very lucky to have freelance work and some consulating work to help keep me busy and pay the bills. However over the last 4-6 weeks some of that has not happend. About 3 weeks ago an amazing opportunity presented itself to me. After taking some time away from things to see where I wanted to go in my career, where God wanted us to go and where Chrissie thought we should go I have accepted the position as Creative Programming & Experience Director @ Mountain West Church. Yep you heard that right, Mountain West church. The same Mountain West that planted the Bridge Community Church where we are working and attending. It’s been a crazy ride over the last couple of weeks and is about to get even more crazy! We will still be around The Bridge from time to time. We are still working on a smooth transation and who will be taking over all the video and creative tasks.
