Flow Chart’s
7 11 2009So 2 weeks ago Michael challenged us all in staff meeting to lay out what we were doing and what we could pass of to key volunteers to train them up as leaders and to allow us as a staff to get up on a level where we could dream and plan for the future. So the next couple of days will be spent diving into flow chart abyss.

Hello Monday!!
2 11 2009Today is a busy day, get to do our service review conference call this AM. This is my favortie and some times dreaded part of Monday. My self, our lead pastor, worship leader and operations pastor all join a 2 hour conference call where we review Sunday’s worship experience’s. About 2 months ago we started sharing a Google Doc that we all type our notes in and then we just walk through everyone’s notes. How do you review your previous Sunday experiences?

Creative Coaching Round 1
16 10 2009So yesterday I got to hang out with Los for my first 1-1 in the Creative Coaching Network. As far as I know it’s the first one of it’s kind. Yesterday’s session was more of a get to know you kind of deal. But one thing stuck with me out of it and it’s my “homework” for this week. He asked me what makes me do what I do? I just sat there…..

16 Years Ago Tomorrow…..
15 10 2009Tomorrow is a day that we have been counting down @ our house for most of this year. Tomorrow is Britney’s 16th Birthday. She can’t wait, Chrissie and I are excited but sad too. My baby girl is growing up.
